Hi! I’m Sarah.

A licensed therapist, wife, mom of (soon-to-be!) two, and the heart behind this space.

This site was born out of two things I know for sure:

  1. Women carry a lot.
  2. There’s an unecessary gap between faith and mental health.

Whether you’re here because you’re feeling overwhelmed in your relationship, stretched thin in motherhood, or just tired of carrying the mental load alone, you’re in the right place.

💛 What I Do

This space is a therapy-informed, faith-rooted hub filled with real tools for real life designed for:

  • Women navigating anxiety, burnout, and relationships
  • Therapists looking for client-ready downloads, worksheets, and faith-integrated materials
  • Anyone who wants honest insight, emotional wellness tools, and support for their inner and spiritual life

You’ll find a blend of free resources, digital tools, blog posts, and encouragement all crafted with clinical care and a deep love for helping people grow.

My Professional Lens

I’m a licensed mental health counselor with years of experience working with women, couples, and families. My approach blends psychological insight with compassion, humor, and practical tools you can actually use.

As a Christian, I view mental health through a lens of grace, truth, and hope. I believe therapy can honor both science and Scripture—and that we don’t have to choose one over the other.

A Little More About Me

I’m a Florida-based therapist who spends my time balancing sessions, snacks, and storybooks with my husband Garrett and our son (plus a new baby boy on the way). When I’m not working or momming, you can find me baking banana bread, watching nostalgic rom-coms or reading a good book.

🌱 Let’s Stay Connected

If you’re new here, I recommend starting with the Free Resource Library or browsing the Blog.

This space was created to help you feel less alone and a little more equipped. I’m so glad you’re here.

Warmly,
Sarah
